Old Toilets:

What do I do with the old ones? top
After you or a plumber has installed the new toilet, the old toilets must be returned to the pick up location.

Can someone else return my toilets? top
Yes, as long as they bring your receipt.

 

Eligibility Information:

This varies with each water agency. For more information on number of toilets, please call
800-366-6995.

Most agencies will allow two per household so you are eligible for one more.

I rent my home. Am I eligible for a toilet? top
Yes, as long as you have the consent of the landlord.

If I live in an apartment, can I receive a toilet? top
In some instances—yes. You will need to call 1-800-366-6995.

Can I get a toilet if I live in a mobile home park? top
Yes

Can I pick up a toilet for a friend, relative, neighbor, etc? top
Yes if you have their water bill and I.D.

 

Installation Information:

Do you install the toilets? top
No, toilet installation instructions are provided along with the waxring and bolts so that you can install your own or if you prefer a plumber can be called.

Will these toilets fit in my bathroom? top
These toilets are standard 12” rough-in.  Please call 800-366-6995 to find out which brand is being distributed.

What if I can’t install my toilet in the required time? top
This is a requirement of the program. Please speak to our customer service representative at
